Forget Burgers, try a Genuine Mongolian Barbecue

A Mongolian BBQ sometimes comprises raw seafood, thinly chopped meat, selected plants and enjoyed with rice.

To make the best Mongolian B.B.Q cut beef across the grain in 2-3 in. strips. Boil soy sauce and garlic for few minutes in a shallow pan. Strain and cool it. Add wine, sugar, ginger root, two cups of scallions or leeks, two cups of Chinese parsley. Refresh the sauce with some more scallions or leeks and parsley.
